It is addressing the ethical issues and constraints that arise from the use of computers. The ethical standards of various national and international professional societies and organizations have code of ethics documents of guideline of computing professionals and users, such as Association for Computing Machinery, Australian Computer Society, British Computer Society, German Informatics Society, Computer Ethics Institute and many others.
